Anyone know anything about older skateboards?

I don't know much about this Tony Hawk Powell Peralta board so I was wondering if anyone here had any info or could direct me to someone who is knowledable. I'm not sure if it's original or if they ever reissued these. It's still wrapped in it's plastic and looks almost flawless which I why I doubt it's original. My ant gave this to my brother to give to me not that long ago. She told me she had a skateboard for me. I come home from work one night and find this in my room and start scratching my head. It was in a golf bag that her landlord gave to her with a bunch of other random stuff. That's all I know about where it came from.

I don't think that model has every been repro'd
It's the 7 ply top graphic version/model which makes it probably an 88 or an 89

I had a re-issue Caballero Dragon deck about 10 years ago, maybe they re-issued this around the same time?

Mine had a similar shape, where it curves in a bit up by the nose.

Looks like an original from around 88,don't think they were ever reissued with that shape.
Deadstock of these was still making the rounds up until the early 2000's at reasonable prices.
Nowadays they sell for a lot more.
Estimating this (in perfect condition and wrapped) at $500-$1000 so a very nice present.
