Well...the best thing I've ever gotten at Brea, was probably my Puma Ape Kings, from the monster pack about a year and a half ago? I also got some Lizoid Kings as well from there, but as far as Vans from that location...hmm...maybe one pair of DQM Chukkas? For Vans, that location is kinda random. They get dope Nikes though. Supposedly a worker there came up on a sz6 Supreme Bruin SB in red/gold. "Supposedly".

Hey DJGUAM, is it true that NR restock shoes every Friday?

Naw, they're random. Shipments come in every single morning, at like 4AM, and the normal policy is to put the newest arrivals out on the floor, and take back off the floor, stuff that has been sitting awhile. Sundays tend to be a crappy day to go to THe Rack, because it seems like they don't put anything out from the night before, and perhaps no shipments come on weekends? WHo knows, but I never find shit on Sundays.

NR downtown SF had some white Ray Barbee Old SKools in bigger sizes (11/11.5/12).
Also some Sierra Chukka Low's, Grosso Sk8 Hi's and a couple of Vault HC's.

I recommend the Grosso Sk8-Hi's to anybody... I love that whole collection actually. So comfortable and excellent quality and they all seem to have been slept on!

NR downtown SF had some white Ray Barbee Old SKools in bigger sizes (11/11.5/12).
Also some Sierra Chukka Low's, Grosso Sk8 Hi's and a couple of Vault HC's.

Grrr! I've been looking for those Ray Barbee white oldskools! 11.5 or 12 for me, if anyone is in the downtown SF area please!

...and yeah those Grosso Sk8-hi's look comfy, with the notched heel...but the green is a no go for me!

Yeah, at first I wasn't a huge fan of the green, then something snapped and suddenly I started liking it so I had to pick up a pair. It was odd cuz my favorite color is green and I love bright, vibrant Vans, so maybe I just was a little off kilter when I first saw 'em. haha But yeah, every pair in the Grosso series is super comfy. Definitely comparable to the Hosoi series in that sense.
