Did I miss something about these? I thought the only red ones where the Perf. ones that where supposed to come out next.

just round 2 of the 35th anniversary edition old skools, (*no sk8-hi to match though) this and the b/w carryover are holiday release (starting 10/1)...the perforated ones are the artist series / julien stranger pack.

sorry, thats the risk you get from there....no warranty, customer service or follow through that you'd get from a quality authorized dealer.

that said, shoot me an email with which laces arrived too short, and ill add them to my list. no guarantee but ill try.

That is pretty off. I sorta expect this kinda stuff from Vans, but this one's really noticeable.

Brant, what ever happened with the longer laces for the people that got short ones?

dlaz^ wow that is a little cockeyed! as long as the vulc itself is flat, and they are comfortable, I guess thats just the nature of the hand wrapped vulc....never perfect. the left looks extra high, and the right looks extra low for an increased visual mind melt i would hope the manu would, when deemed A-grade, still at least try to pair them up with a similar height for the customer.

mikey ^ - I put in the order to syndicate and they fwd it to manu..... it is a bit of a nightmare having them made to order and getting them separated so that each person gets the right length, but they are doing their best. Once I receive them, I made a list, and will contact each person and do what I can to replace. I am not sure how the outcome will be, or if it will take couple more days, or a couple more weeks. Was stoked they offered to help at all, and will do all I can to get you covered thanks!
