Music City, I know that's what I thought as well -- even what was listed on the pdf and I put on my online store as the featured sockliner according to what we were told...
here's a photo in hand though -- just to clarify or avoid confusion. At least this is what we received!

That is the insole in the Chukka Low and not the Ortholite insole that is in the AV Native American...which I prefer over the ortholite insole (I have high arches).

terminology and images don't seem to match up completely in F'14 catalog.

Other dealers that ordered should all receive around same time. Sometimes its w/in a few days based on their terms or proximity to the warehouse. AKA univ received theirs on thursday in CA, and ours came in on Friday in NE.
Other note let me know what you need in a pm or email the shop and I'll see what I can dig up.

Just a quick FYI -- we just got a full restock on these.... sometimes I lose track of everyone asking specifically for a size... I bought out every pair in the warehouse at the time. SO looking good right now for anyone in need.

What happened?
I have to say that the camo killed the shoe, if it was a full print of what apears on the toes and heel then they would be very sweet.
