Is it the pig suede that's bringing the price up on these? I don't mind, cuz I'm getting all 3 and they look fantastic, but just curious since they're more expensive than recent syndicates.

Stoked you guys enjoyed it! Thank you to those who took the time to read through it all.... we get a little bit nerdy here and there, but its all about the details, and I thought this board would appreciate a lot of the reasoning that went into the features.
Regarding pricing, when you think about the fact that an era pro in the skate line is now $65 retail ....these have dri-lex, wolverine brand scotchgard pig suede, etc etc....and are a limited product...all that for $10 more, to me, seems like a reasonable price. I would have guessed they'd be $80 upon first seeing them.

Great read! Got to read it late last night before bed and thoroughly enjoyed it. I wouldn't mind if it got even nerdier about even more details and such. haha My nerdiness of 'em is part of why I was curious about the pricing. I don't mind it at all, just was curious as to the reasoning, since the pig suede is really the only material that I see being different from other recent packs. So yeah, was sorta curious what other surprises might be in store other than that! (was kinda hoping drawer box, haha)

dude I was thinking the same thing! I'm so down for an all suede Syndicate authentic, just super basic and plain w/ that clean all white midsole and the pig suede and DRI lining. Id cop 3 pairs in black!

hah i know that feel. too bad all the syndicate dealers near me only carry one pair in my size sometimes 2 on a lucky release.
