You call their store? I've ordered from them over the phone, and via web order, but they obviously shouldn't be dealing with you in this way. Doesn't seem like a good business practice if it's true. It's tough to prove, too, but who knows...maybe some shady warehouse workers work there, or dumb ones!

Yeah...when i call- keeps saying on another phone call, seems pretty automated to me. ive dialed that store number 20 times + in the last 3 days..kinda over it.
Who knows maybe someone ordered a 10.5 check slipon and recieved the 10.5 hw era i ordered.
Dont know , dont care...just want a refund......but your right gonna be hard to prove, when the invoice in the box i recieved, says hw era 10.5.
Charge it to the game i guess. Pretty bummed though

Could be a womens Vault shoe...

They used to do this not so much anymore but make Vaults that released only in Womens sizes. I hope I'm wrong cause those would be sick for around the house.

It is definitely a men's shoe, just not sure when or where they will be available
