Honestly Guam it might not be the popular vote but thats the reason why I didn't want him banned... I mean yes I have his email but that is only one form of communication and I'd like to keep all avenues open at this point. I'm not against starting a thread where we can all post the info of our separate disputes and I'm not against bringing the law into this either. I've had/seen cases where the police have become involved and then the dispute gets solved fairly quick.

In short I vote for not banning him... yet.

Personally, I'm not affected by Shaztech, but for the people that have sent him money, I would think it would be better to not ban him until there's some sort of resolution to the situation. I mean, at this point, nobody is doing business with him or sending him any money. IF he were to even try that, I'm pretty sure nobody would fall into the trap again since a lot of us are aware of the issue now.

I totally see where you guys are coming from. But isn't this section of the forum only open to the eyes of members? I just don't want anyone else to be scammed because this is a small, somewhat hidden site that not everyone will see.

Wolf you do need the law's help. And to Safwansy, you should dispute this with the law especially since you had to have paid an enormous amount for the four pairs you should have got. It should definitely be recognzed by the police.

BUT in my personal experience, I was robbed of $290 through HB forums and opened a case on Paypal, called the police, filed a detailed report on IC3.com (which included the details and contact info of the other four people who lost their money to the same scammer), as well as linking up with a guy who had inside connections with a detective that overlooked my case and submitted the report. This was nearly one year ago and I haven't heard a single thing back. So good luck, fellas. I think I exhausted every means of justice with no avail. I even went so far as to gather all the info I needed to go find the mother fucker. But come on, I am a not going to put work on hold to fly to cali and beat up some rich little prick who's going to sue me AND WIN over an ass beating. Charge it to the hobby and just move on.

Daniel... I was the one who paid for four pairs of Carhartt OS's... $480

Others who were affected paid for shoes that he was "selling" closer to $500.

Damn, I didn't realize how big this was. I thought he might have collected a couple hundred all together, but shit.. this kind of stuff cannot be happening on this site, that's fucking ridiculous. Especially since this fool came through once just to build enough rep to the point where people could just throw their money at him without thinking twice, then just take it all and run.. SMH. That's just a disgrace.

Nexustree actually knows where he lives and confronted him and got two different pairs of shoes than what he paid for but at least he got something...

I've asked Nexus to confront him about the rest of us...

Isn't it harder for you guys to reprimand him since he's overseas? I was going to do business with him, but it felt off so I decided not to bother.

I hope you guys get your money or shoes back. A lot of you guys are kind individuals that give people the benefit of the doubt.

No worries about the english we can all read it.

As far as shaztech on this forum... My final vote is to let all of this get resolved and then IP ban him to prevent from just re-registering.

Now lets see all those SHOOEEES!
