^ Seems like that frame size isn't the right size for you because the seat post seems like it's pushed in too much...

Quite expensive for what it is imo, but then again I bet there are some around that are even more expensive than that. But I don't believe much in quality gains one you have passed a certain price threshold. Not that I go for 200usd mall-bikes but you know....
