I know this one's kinda late, but nobody's mentioned Cal Surf. I got another sz12 Old Skool from them 2 days ago, when they just got them in. They haven't put it on twitter, or on their site, and I only told those following the headsupotws twitter account about them. They very well may have what you need.
Oh, and try Vertical Urge. I was able to purchase an 11.5 in the Old Skool online through them, once they put them up. After I tweeted it, the sizes started to disappear, or get taken down. That one was the best deal. No tax, and free shipping. $74.95 shipped yo!
