While I was at Blends LA this morning buying my shoes, I asked both of the workers if they will continue to collaborate with vans and they said yes; well I called the store once I got home to be sure and they said they will be releasing two sk8-hi's in December. One in early December, but the second will be a quick strike sometime after the first drop!!!

F5'd my way through the online release and checked out with a 9 in 10 maybe 12 seconds. Very thankful for the smooth process. Now I just need to find another 9. If anyone reads this I'll consider trading DS Wtaps heat or Carhartt camos for the Blends.
Glad some of you got your pairs! This was a crazy release.

Nice! The first guy in line at Costa Mesa also managed to score a pair online from his phone. Another guy in line also scored one, but everyone else trying on their phones failed.

What do you guys think about Diemme's collabs vs Blends collabs?

I dont think I can compare^ the both have different feels, Subtle vs. edgy.
Although I dont have a pair of diemme's, I feel like they both are at the top

Both are definitely at the top of the leather game, but like Vandol said, it's hard to compare the two, since they are so different. Only thing i can justify, is $160 vs $300.

You can't compare them . Quality on the Diemme's leather is definetly better.

one is made by Chinese factory workers and the other is handmade by Italian artisans.
