^True that. The shop owners are always the chillest guys, always with a smile on their face helping you out, ready for you to pull out that cash haha but sometimes you get those managers that really seem like they just want everyone to leave except for the local groupies floating around the store not lookin to buy shit. I don't mean to call anyone out, but I can recall such a manager in a certain Santa Monica shop infested by rich yuppies. I gotta say that out of all of the street wear shops in the Los Angeles area, Stussy has got to have the best staff. Those guys are always chill and helpful.

So true. Nothing is worse than going into a store to spend your own money and getting nothing but attitude and bad customer service. I hope the economy has helped clean house with these type of accounts

Unfortunatly, I think the "I could give a fuck less model that you're here" works just fine....and really, I'm fine with that, until I need help. You can ignore me all you want until I'm ready to buy something. I understand being on both sides, because I worked in a headshop/skateshop for a few years and you just get sick of people coming in and being like - can I see that, can I see this....and then walking out without nothing. You should also know in retail, the biggest mistake you can make in retail is assume what someone has in his pocket. Nothing pisses me off than going into a higher end retail store and someone blowing me off because they don't think I have the money to buy something.

I've always had really good luck with Stussy online. They once sent me the wrong shirt for the 30th anniversary stuff and they totally let me keep the wrong shirt, sent me a new one, along with an additional shirt, and probably 50 decals. Another time I ordered something online that was out of stock and the refunded me the money and sent me a package with a shirt and a ton more decals. That's the type of shit I get siked on. These larger retail chains, they can do that...and it makes a difference. We all know it's harder for the little dude to do that.

I was also throughly impressed with Stussy & UNDFTD in Vegas when I was out there in October. Dudes where super cool. I hope to never go back to Vegas, but if I do, I'll definitely hit them up again.

i think in small batches items are made at a different factory, so it may be the reason for the sample tagging...that factory just accidentally stamped them all without understanding it was a ltd run set, not a grip of samples. I think the supreme edition zero lo "s" had a few noticeable sample-sy (thats my technical term) type issues here and there as well.
