Toxic blue rudeez are one of my most expensive Vans pick-up, but well worth it. Found 'em on a canadian site so shipping hiked up the price a little more than usual.

dude I am entirely impressed with you collection. I personally didnt start getting Vaults or Syndicates until I started working at a Vans store about a year ago.... but since then I have gathered a total of a little over 100 pairs. I love Vans and appreciate people like you who share the same love for Vans!! Let me know if you'd like some GR's copped for reasonably cheaper than retail!

Hey, thanks man! I'll definitely keep that in mind, there are often GR's I hunt for as well. Always looking for the best deal before I snag a pair. haha

Finally got around to taking a few more collection pics tonight. Here it goes!

Wingtips. About 4 or 5 years ago, I remember seeing some Vans Wingtips online that were either Vault or co.jp and I've lusted after having some ever since... So, naturally, I snagged up as many as I could find when the Vault and California lines put 'em out this past year or so:


Customs. Since there's been a lot of talk of these lately, I figured I'd post my collection. The orange and checkered pair didn't turn out how I wanted them... The orange was MUCH brighter online. Still cool, though. They're also about 5 years old and I think they've since updated their orange to a brighter one. The black and red pair I actually won on ebay last winter. I wasn't sure if they were customs or some old colorway I'd never seen and it turned out they were customs.


Warped Tour. I've gone to Warped at least once every summer since '01, so naturally I've had to pick up a pair of Warped Vans when they have 'em. Plus, they always give you the hookup with some other free stuff when you buy 'em, like a wallet, hat, shirt, sunglasses... Usually at least one or two of said items.


Mid/Quarter Skool's. I love the wood-grain quarter's! I really wanted the all black wood-grain pair that was advertised with that set, but never saw 'em anywhere. Not sure if they were ever actually released.


Checkered Insanity! I always love when Vans releases some insanely checkered pair of shoes, so I've picked up quite a few over the years. To make it into this set, each pair had to have multiple different checkered patterns.


Supreme Half Cabs have been a grail of mine ever since I heard about 'em shortly after their release. FINALLY won a pair off ebay for a killer price. No box and they're not DS, but they're very near DS, so I'm happy. One thing I noticed after receiving them was this on the right shoe:


It actually makes me love 'em more! It's like the skater dude is doing a flip. haha Also, I'm pretty sure I remember someone posting these on the old OTWS after they won them on ebay... I wonder if I won them from the same guy?

I'd love to find a pair of the b/w wingtips one of these days... Those are on my grail list. The supreme cabs might've been a sample, but they weren't advertised as such. Since they've moved through different owners, it may be hard to ever find out now! Either way, they're awesome. haha
