We’re now half way through the year, and subsequently half way through the Half Cab’s 20th Anniversary, and since pretty much all of the original colorways have been released, we can now expect the more creative, and artistic models to come next. These will all be made as Half Cab Pro models, unlike the previous releases which were all Classics, so we can expect all of the bells and whistles that all Pro models feature. As we patiently wait for official press pics, we can at least get a closer look at a few of the artist collaborations coming out soon. Seen here, are creations created by MoFo, Dirty Donny, and Steve Caballero himself. Each one totally different from the rest! Sorry we don’t have any more info at this time, but enjoy a few pics after the jump!

The Vans OTW group has been hard at work, perfecting their line, and polishing the look of the lifestyle they portray. Catering to that person who wants to look a little bit more sophisticated than the rest of us. Sometimes you just gotta look good, while walking your pug, and sippin’ on an ice cold PBR. I kid! I kid! They’ve stepped up the quality, and have even sourced Vibram brand outsoles for their Breton boot. They mean business. The look that OTW has achieved this season is simple, clean, slimming, and should fit right in for the Fall, and with previews like this, it looks like OTW is aiming for the top of the Vans mountain this year. No longer the little brother to Vault and Syndicate, they want to be heard, and this preview should do the trick. Agree?

This year seems to be focused on Vans’ heritage, with the multiple releases in classic models and colorways. Well, the Vault team is contributing by releasing the Slip-On in an LX version, in the four classic staple colors, black, blue, white, and black & white checkerboard. These feature a blue Vans tag, instead of the usual red one, and also feature the silk-screen printed heel tab, which we last saw on the Ray Barbee Vault release, which was inspired by the mid 90′s “Made in the U.S.A.” models. Being that these are a Vault release, they’ll also feature the padded sockliner, so that’s an added benefit as well. Look for these soon, at your local Vault dealer!

We’ve been teased by this release for awhile now, and we can finally show you some official pictures from the Van Doren Series, that will be out this Fall. This special, limited edition release, takes cues from the early years with Vans, back then known as the Van Doren Rubber company. By utilizing a stonewashed canvas, they have achieved a vintage look, using some of their classic prints, that we’ve previously seen in the Pro and Vault series, such as the Aloha Flowers, and Aloha Parrot prints. They chose to utilize the classics here: The Sk8-Hi, Era, and Slip-On, each sitting on top of the classic all white sole, and featuring the classic “Van Doren” heel tab. These should be hitting select Vans dealers in the Fall.
